Send RHF to the vault address from any wallet. The token emits a Transfer log, the relayer attests to it, and the same amount arrives as native RHF at the sending address. There is no approval step and no contract call to get wrong.

A deposit is a plain token transfer to the vault. There is no deposit function to call, so the Transfer log is the whole protocol and the relayer reads it directly.
What is trusted
- Supply
- Cannot inflate. Payouts come from a genesis-fixed pool with no mint path anywhere in the contracts, so the worst case is a drained pool, never new supply.
- The relayer
- Not trusted. It holds signing keys but no privileged contract role. Settlement needs threshold EIP-712 signatures verified on chain, and anyone may submit the same signatures.
- Escrowed funds
- Unreachable. Not by settlement, not by a governor sweep, and there is no emergency drain that bypasses the check.
- Emergency mode
- Stops inbound crediting as well as outbound finalization, so a compromised signer set cannot keep draining the pool while honest users are blocked.
- Cancellation
- Never blocked. While a withdrawal is pending its owner can take the whole amount back at once, whatever the delay is set to and including while the bridge is paused, because a pause must never trap user funds. Pending exits are listed in the form above with a button for it.
